Vehicle display participants are permitted free entry (max 2A 2C per car or 2 persons/motorcycle) as long as the vehicle remains on display for the majority of the day. Vehicles are able to be removed late Saturday afternoon to travel to accommodation if you are staying overnight.

Basic camping is available for vehicle display participants at the adjacent Pony Club grounds for $10/site/night - unpowered, one shower per sex, Portaloos and lighting provided. Camping tickets can be bought at the ticket booths at the airshow. This camping area is not available to the general public.

Clubs and individuals intending to display must contact the Event Cordinator to signal their intentions and arrange adequate display space. Unannounced or uninvited arrivals may not be allowed entry if space is an issue - please make prior contact to avoid disappointment or any issues. The Event Coordinator’s decision in the case of any dispute will be final.

The event is not a “car show” in the sense of competitions for highest attendance, show and shine, loudest stereo, burn-outs, doughnuts etc. - the vehicles are there to complement the aircraft displays, highlight historical associations between vehicle and aircraft manufacturers and provide a visual feast for the public in association with all other displays.

There is some emphasis on classic, restored and exotic vehicles (including Italian aircraft, supercars and motorcycles to acknowledge the Italian heritage of the Ingham area) but other types are very welcome as long as prior notice is given and participants agree to abide by the event rules.
