Saturday 3rd September:

8-00 am: Gates open. Static aircraft and vehicle displays, trade displays, joy-flights and Warbird Adventure Flights, military re-enactors.

11-00 am - 1130 pm: Townsville/Thuringowa Pipes & Drums

12-00 - 1230 pm: Townsville/Thuringowa Pipes & Drums

12-30 pm: Official Opening Ceremony.

1-00 pm - 4-00 pm (approx.): Air Display (flying programme).

4-00 pm: Joy-flights and Adventure flights continue. Static and trade displays open.

5-30 - 6-30 pm (approx.): Twilight Display (flying programme).

7-00 pm - 8-00 pm: Informal aviation forum with Matt Hall (Red Bull Air Race), Paul Bennet (Maxx-G Aerobatics) and Bob Tait (Bob Tait's Theory School).

8-00 pm - 11-00 pm: Musical entertainment with Double Dice. 

11-00 - 11-30 pm: Grace period (finish drinks)

11-30pm: Close

Sunday 4th September:

8-00 am: Gates open. Static aircraft and vehicle displays, trade displays, joy-flights and Warbird Adventure Flights, military re-enactors.

12-00 - 1-00 pm: Thuringowa Brass Band

1-00 pm - 4-00 pm: Air Display (flying programme).

4-00 pm: Joy-flights and Warbird Adventure Flights continue until last light.
